Product Description

The only cooler built for the shift, not the weekend.

Most cooler bags are built for picnics. Put them in a 42°C cab for a full shift and they fail, absorbing everything around them, leaving you eating warm food halfway through.
The RE;Treat was engineered for the people who don't get to stop. Frontline responders and the trades that keep Australia running, in plant, on site, and in conditions where every other lunch bag gives up.
The BioShield Welded Barrier means a fully welded exterior and interior shell. Zero stitching through the shell. No absorption. No odour traps. Hose it out after a dirty job or clean it with bleach.
ShiftCore Thermal Lock uses hybrid insulation and an airtight waterproof zipper to hold temperature for your entire shift. No temperature creep. No warm food. Cold at knock-off.

One less thing to worry about mid-shift.

We surveyed first responders before we built a single component. Three problems came up every time. Contamination, cold retention, and vehicle fit.

BioShield Welded
Barrier System

Your bag absorbs everything the job throws at it. The RE;Treat doesn't.

- Fully welded interior and exterior shells

- No stitching through the shell. No ingress points. No absorption.

- Hose it out after a dirty job or clean with bleach. Nothing lingers.

ShiftCore Thermal Lock

Cold for your entire shift. Tested in a 42°C vehicle.

- Hybrid EVA insulation and airtight waterproof zipper. Zero air exchange. Zero heat creep.

- Food still cold at knock-off.

Built like work kit, not a soft cooler

Every material in the RE;Treat was chosen to solve the three things that fail on every other bag. Cold retention, contamination, and a build that holds up shift after shift.

Not a picnic bag, so the FAQs are different

Not a picnic bag,
so the FAQs are different

How long does it keep food cold?

Up to 14 hours in a vehicle on a hot day. Tested in a real ambulance on a hot 42 degree day. Food still cold at knock off. Performance depends on how often you open it and what ice packs you use, but it is built for a full shift, not a couple of hours.

Does it fit in an ambulance

Yes. The RE;Treat was designed with ambulance crews in mind. External dimensions are 39x29x34 cm. It sits flat between the seats or in the back without sliding or tipping. The moulded EVA base keeps it stable in the cab.

Can it be cleaned after a dirty shift properly?

Yes. Hose it out or wipe it down with bleach. The interior and exterior are both 840D TPU, fully welded and non-porous. Zero stitching penetrating the shell. No fabric to absorb fluids, grease, mud 30 seconds and it is done.

Is it big enough for a full shift worth of food?

18 litres of usable internal space. Internal dimensions are 31.5x 21x 23.5 cm. Enough room for main meals, snacks, drinks and ice packs for a 12 to 14 hour shift. A 1.25L bottle fits laying down with room to spare.
