All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Returns Policy

We stand behind our gear with a 30-day money-back guarantee -- and we mean it. Take it on shift. Use it. Put it through its paces. If after 30 days you're not convinced it's the best bag you've ever taken to work, email us at info@reshift.com.au and we'll refund you in full. No runaround, and we'll cover the return shipping.


If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@reshift.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll do everything we can to make it right. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm your refund by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 1-2 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at info@reshift.com.au. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery at the buyer's cost
