All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at info@reshift.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and the address to send your item to.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Process

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 1-2 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at scottmcconnell@reshift.com.au. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery at the buyer's cost
